We are glad you are considering applying to Seoul Academy and hope you will find all the information you need to begin the process. Our admissions committee attends to each applicant with great care to ensure a good fit between the student and Seoul Academy. We will always be available to help you through the admissions process. This highly individualized process allows our admissions committee to carefully read each application and pay particular attention not just to a student's academic development but also to his or her personal attributes and intellectual promise.

STEP 1 Submit Application & Documents
Please complete and submit the application and required documents to the admissions office by mail, email, or hand delivery.
Apgujeong (K-G5)- Completed online application form
- Official transcripts from all elementary schools attended (must contain past and current grades and be sent directly by the school)
- Teacher's recommendation (must be sent directly by the teacher)
- Official transcript and teacher's recommendation are not required for kindergarten applicants
Daechi (G1-G8)- Completed online application form
- Official transcripts from all elementary schools or minimum of past 3 years (must contain past and current grades and be sent directly by the school)
- Teacher's recommendation (must be sent directly by the teacher)
Upper Division (G7-G12)- Completed online application form
- Official transcripts from all schools attended in the past 3 years (must contain past and current grades and be sent directly by the school)
- Teacher's recommendation (must be sent directly by the teacher)

STEP 2 Documents Review & Notification
- You are required to submit standardized test results
- Elementary/Middle: MAP, AR test
- High: Duolingo English Test
We will notify you of the assessment date and information regarding the next steps.

STEP 3 English/Math Test & Interview
- You will be required to take the admission tests.
- Please make sure to participate in the entrance tests on the specified date.
- Please bring your pencil and eraser for the tests.

STEP 4 Notification of Application Decision
Parents will receive a notification call with the application result.
